These are images of some of the pots and the glaze patterns I am currently utilizing. All are fired to ^10 in Bertha, my 65 cu. ft. car kiln. BTU's provided by Big Bertha burners made by L.B. White.
My glaze repertoire consists of a western variation on shino (a tea ceremony glaze developed in Mino Province of Japan in the 16th. C.), a matte black, glossy copper red, an aqua matte, and TuSk, a satiny white glaze utilizing areas of raw clay.
I add more images and update as time allows. Please visit my BLOG for up-to-date images of whole kiln loads when we finish firing and un-stack Bertha.
