SKO 2016!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Friends and Family,

In less than two weeks, April 16-17, 2016, the potters of Seagrove will be opening their kilns for the annual Celebration of Spring. This year over fifty potteries will be participating in the Celebration of Spring (also known as the Spring Kiln Opening) in this little corner of Randolph, Moore, and Montgomery counties in central North Carolina.

We have invited the very fine potters, Lanny Pelletier of Cape Carteret, NC and J. Britt Gardner of Black Ankle, NC,  to join us here at Tom Gray Pottery. We will be set up in tents on the grounds with plenty of handmade pots to decorate and use in your own homes, or to give as gifts to your friends and families. We are open for business from 10AM to 5PM on Saturday and Sunday. We're excited about our new creations, and we are looking forward to seeing you.

The weekend of April 30th and May 1st, I will be participating in the Sanford Arts and Vine Festival in Sanford, NC, along with forty-nine other artists and craftspeople, plus 11 wineries and craft brewers. I will be in booth #37 from 10AM to 5Pm on Saturday and Sunday. The town of Sanford is convenient to everyone in the Piedmont, Coastal Plains and Coastal regions of North Carolina. Plus, there will be food vendors serving BBQ, Louisiana cuisine, and enough desserts to keep everyone happy.

We hope to see you here, or there! We will have plenty of pots for both events. If you can't make it to either of those events, we are still open 10AM to 5PM most days here on Fork Creek Mill Rd in Seagrove. Call ahead (336.873.8270), or email if coming from some distance, and check us out on Facebook and handmadeinseagrove.com.

Happy Spring!!!
